Pico de Gallo is a wonderful addition to any Mexican dish. Try with chips, tacos, fajitas, and many more things! Including burgers and chicken sandwiches! Pico is made best with fresh ingredients!
- 1 cup Yellow Onion Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno Seeded and finely choppped
- 2 cups Roma Tomatoes Seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro Fresh (Very important to use fresh cilantro!)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 whole Limes Juiced
Marinate diced onions and chopped jalapenos in the lime juice for 15-30 minutes.
Mix in tomatoes, cilantro, and salt. (Let sit for 15-30 minutes)
