Quite possibly the hottest natural sauce recipe on the planet. Don’t play yourself. Wear gloves and make sure your kitchen is well ventilated. We recommend using Carolina Reapers, Scorpions, 7-Pots… any pepper that will burn a hole through your drawers.
Use extreme caution when making this hot sauce. Keep out of reach from children and animals!
- 1 pound superhot chili peppers (40-50) Super hots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put the peppers and garlic on a baking sheet and bake them for 15 minutes.
If you notice any of the peppers burning, take them out and move to the next step.
Add peppers, garlic and onion to the food processor/blender and process.
Add white vinegar until the sauce is smooth. CAUTION... Watch out for the fumes!
Add salt and stir. If you want a thicker sauce skip this next step.
Run the sauce through the strainer.
Pour sauce into bottles and let sit for 24 hours!
This sauce is not a joke. Use extreme caution. Gloves are a must when handling hot peppers. If you happen to get oils on your hands, wash with pure dawn dish soap immediately.
